Terms of service

Rules for using Nitido.

The service

Nitido is software for managing clients and invoices. You are responsible for your invoices, tax filings, and compliance with laws that apply to your business. You issue the invoices you create in Nitido. You must ensure your invoices meet the invoicing and tax rules that apply to your activity. Nitido does not provide tax or legal advice.

Certified invoicing

Nitido is not a government-certified invoicing system. It is not available if you are established in Spain as an invoice issuer, or for issuing invoices subject to Spanish tax rules (Verifactu). Where your country requires a certified or government invoicing system, you cannot use Nitido for that. You confirm you will not use Nitido for those purposes.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not abuse the service (for example attacks, spam, illegal content, or attempts to break security).

Your content

You keep ownership of the clients, invoices, and other content you enter. You grant us a limited right to host and process that content only to provide the service.

How the contract is made

You create an account on this website, may use the free trial, then subscribe to Starter or Pro on Stripe’s checkout. These terms are available on this page before you pay. Keep a copy. These terms are offered in English and Spanish.

Trial and paid plans

New accounts may use a 14-day free trial with full product access. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan (Starter or Pro). Prices are shown on the pricing page and in your account. Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include tax. Payments are handled by our payment provider under their terms.

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can change plan or cancel from Account → Billing (Stripe’s billing page). After you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you already paid. Unused time after that is not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have 14 days from the day you start a paid plan to withdraw, without giving a reason. Write to support@nitidoinvoice.com or use the contact form. We refund the amount paid for that subscription, using the same payment method, within the legal period. The 14-day free trial does not require a card and is not a paid contract.

Availability

We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned or emergency maintenance may occur.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Nitido is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, or for decisions you make based on data in Nitido. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit, including mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable European Union law. Subject to mandatory law, the courts of Spain have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have rights to bring proceedings where you live.

Nitido is not signed up to a consumer arbitration board (junta arbitral de consumo) and does not take part in out-of-court consumer dispute resolution, except where the law requires it.
