Privacy
How Nitido handles personal data when you use this service.
Who we are
The controller is the operator identified on the Legal notice page. Contact: support@nitidoinvoice.com or the contact form.
Personal data is processed under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
What we process
- Account details (email, name, password in hashed form)
- Business profile and preferences you save
- Clients, invoices, time, templates, comments, and related notes you enter
- Messages sent through the contact form (name, email, message)
- Technical data needed to run and secure the service (session)
- Your Nitido subscription, and client card payments on public invoices, handled by Stripe
Why we process it
- To provide the service (contract)
- To secure the account and prevent abuse (legitimate interest)
- To process subscriptions and client invoice payments (contract)
- To run optional AI helpers when you use them (contract)
- To answer support requests (contract / legitimate interest)
- Where required by law (legal obligation)
Where data is stored
Application data is stored on our hosting infrastructure. Payment card details are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. If you use the optional AI helpers, the text you submit is sent to xAI to generate a suggestion; nothing is saved until you click Save. Stripe and xAI may process data outside the European Economic Area. Transfers outside the European Economic Area use safeguards under applicable data protection law, including standard contractual clauses where required.
How long we keep data
Account data while your account is active, then deleted or anonymised after account deletion except where the law requires longer retention. Security logs are kept for a limited period.
Cookies
See our Cookies policy.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Processors (hosting, payment, and xAI if you use those helpers) only process data as needed to run the service.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or a copy of your data, and object where applicable. You may use Account → Export & backup and Delete account. You can also write through the contact form or support@nitidoinvoice.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal effects on you.
