Nitido is a commercial online service for managing clients and invoices.

It is an information society service under Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE).

For questions about the service, billing, or invoices, use the contact form. You can also write to support@nitidoinvoice.com. We aim to reply within one business day. Billing and invoice problems are treated first.

This activity is not a regulated profession and is not subject to prior administrative authorisation. The operator is not entered in the Spanish Commercial Registry. Nitido is not signed up to a code of conduct.

Nitido is not signed up to a consumer arbitration board (junta arbitral de consumo) and does not take part in out-of-court consumer dispute resolution, except where the law requires it.

Prices

Prices are listed in US dollars on the pricing page. They do not include tax. Nitido is sold worldwide.

Use of this website

Access and use of Nitido are subject to the Terms of service. Contracts are concluded electronically as described in those terms. The information on this website is available in English and Spanish.

Invoices you create

You issue the invoices you create in Nitido. You are responsible for the invoices and tax filings you produce with the service, and for the invoicing and tax rules that apply to your activity. Nitido does not provide tax or legal advice.

Certified invoicing

Nitido is not a government-certified invoicing system. It is not available if you are established in Spain as an invoice issuer, or for issuing invoices subject to Spanish tax rules (Verifactu). Where your country requires a certified or government invoicing system, you cannot use Nitido for that. You confirm you will not use Nitido for those purposes.

Applicable law

This website and the service are subject to Spanish law and applicable European Union law, including Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), the GDPR, and Spanish consumer rules for distance contracts where they apply.
